The Radvilaitė hooded scarf (or rather a hood with a scarf, if you prefer) was inspired by its namesake: Barbora Radvilaitė, Grand Duchess of Lithuania. The textile was created by manipulating knit and purl stitches to replicate the pearl texture of headpieces found in the early images of Radvilaitė herself.
